All returns and replacements are subject to the following policy and conditions:
Items purchased on the Ancra Tools and Ancra Cargo website are returnable directly to their place of purchase. It is advisable to check the purchased product warranty details for precise warranty claims and length of accepted warranty.
All items sold by Ancra may be subject to itemised policies and restrictions.

Cargo equipment and accessories, pipe tools electric equipment, power supplies, batteries, and industrial products are all returnable for replacement or repair during their warranty period. These items are not able to be returned for credit.
Purchased items are not able to be returned unless proven they are defective. Only then can that product be exchanged for the same item. Any orders that have been purchased in bulk, a special order or discounted product, or items on promotion are not returnable under any circumstances and cannot be issued credit.
Unless contracted for installation or support services, ANCRA will not assist in the installation or configuration of items under any circumstances.
No opened or used items can be returned for credit.
Returns are subject to shipping and restocking fees. It is the Customer’s responsibility for the shipping of all of the returned items back to the originated warehouse. ANCRA is not responsible for any shipping charges for returns. The restocking fee covers credit card fees, processing, order handling and other expenses. The restocking fee is variable and depends on the product type, manufacturer, and other conditions.
