Full Description
For a reliable, robust, mobile, and compact electric saw that can cut through a wide variety of pipes made from different materials in different sizes, we recommend you try the REMS Due Cento. This saw can produce right-angled, chip-free, fast, dry, outside burr-less cuts on 54mm-225mm stainless steel pipes of pressfitting systems, carbon steel pipes, and copper pipes; 38mm-38mm steel pipes EN 10255 (DIN 2440); DN 50-200 cast iron pipes (SML) EN 877 (DIN 19522); 40mm-225mm plastic pipes SDR 11; and 40mm-110mm multilayer composite pipes.
This easily transportable machine is made from stable, distortion-free cast construction for right-angled cutting. The powered cutter wheel and linear advance are there for fast cutting, and the power saving feed-in is controlled through the easy-to-grip, proven advance-lever and needle bearing mounted machine screw spindle. The four strong hardened precision tubular steel running rollers on ball bearings provide low-friction turning of the pipes that need to be cut, and they are arranged in a convex square for centered thrust pressure of the cutting wheel in the work range.
